Who We Are

A system manufacturer built around slim sightlines and building performance

Meric Window Systems Co., Ltd. designs, extrudes-to-specification and fabricates aluminium windows and doors for architects, developers, contractors and importers. Every project starts with an engineering review of your drawings, local climate and wind load, so the system you receive is matched to the building, not just to the price list.

Engineering First

Profile selection, glass thickness and reinforcement are checked against project wind pressure and opening size.

Thermal Performance

Polyamide thermal breaks and insulated glass units reduce heat transfer and condensation risk.

Controlled Fabrication

CNC cutting, corner crimping and gasket installation are completed in-house under documented QC.

Export Experience

Units are labelled to your window schedule and crated for container shipping and easy site handling.

Specifier's Guide

Which system fits your opening?

A quick comparison used by our engineers during early design reviews. It helps buyers shortlist systems before sending drawings for detailed calculation.

Buyer Knowledge

Three factors that decide window performance

Based on recurring questions from overseas buyers, these are the specifications that matter most beyond appearance.

01

Profile & Thermal Break

Wall thickness and alloy temper determine strength; the polyamide thermal break determines heat loss through the frame.

  • 6063-T5 extruded aluminium
  • Polyamide PA66 insulating strips
  • Reinforced mullions for large spans
02

Glass Specification

Glass makes up most of the surface area, so its build-up drives energy, acoustic and safety performance.

  • Tempered or laminated safety glass
  • Low-E coatings and argon filling
  • Double or triple insulated units
03

Sealing & Hardware

Air and water tightness depend on gasket design, drainage paths and the quality of rollers, hinges and locks.

  • EPDM multi-layer gaskets
  • Engineered drainage for heavy rain
  • Multi-point locking hardware

FAQ

Questions from overseas buyers

It is a window or sliding door system where the visible aluminium frame at the interlock or mullion is reduced to a minimum, typically around 20–30 mm, maximising glass area and daylight while the structural load is carried by reinforced profiles and the glass unit.

Yes. Project-specific performance testing for air tightness, water tightness and wind load resistance can be arranged to the relevant EN, ASTM/AAMA or AS standards required by the destination market. Test documentation is shared during the technical review stage.

Profiles are extruded from 6063-T5 aluminium alloy with polyamide thermal break strips, combined with double or triple insulated glazing to meet energy performance requirements for cold, temperate and tropical climates.

Please send architectural drawings or a window schedule with opening sizes, opening types, glass specification, finish colour, project location and the target performance standard. This allows engineers to verify profile selection and wind load before pricing.

Finished units are protected with surface film, corner guards and foam, then fixed in reinforced wooden crates or steel racks designed for container shipping, with each unit labelled to match the project window schedule.
