Automated CNC Profile Machining
Extruded 6063-T5 aluminium profiles are cut and milled on multi-axis automated CNC machines, maintaining strict tolerances to ensure airtight corner joints.

Thermal Break Assembly & Crimping
High-performance PA66 polyamide thermal barrier strips are inserted into aluminum profiles, followed by heavy-duty mechanical corner crimping and sealing.

Glazing & Hardware Fitting
